Management
Change at Conzzeta Holding
Dr
Arnold P. Huber, Chief Financial Officer of the Conzzeta
Group, is to leave the company in spring 2006 to concentrate
on further educational goals and to tackle a new professional challenge.
Kaspar W. Kelterborn has been appointed as Dr Huber's successor.
During his three years' service as Chief Financial Officer, in addition
to his regular duties, Dr Huber made a particular contribution to restructuring
the portfolio of holdings, and developed and implemented new financial
management tools. Differing views about the future role and function
of the CFO have resulted in Conzzeta and Dr Huber deciding to terminate
his employment contract by mutual consent with effect from April 2006.
His designated successor is Kaspar W. Kelterborn (41), who was CFO and
member of the Executive Board of Unaxis Holding AG from 2003 to mid-2005.
Prior to that, Mr Kelterborn held leading positions in the areas of
finance at Clariant Group, both in Switzerland and abroad. He graduated
in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in
1991. Kaspar W. Kelterborn is married and the father of two children.

Hoppe
(UK) Welcomes Stewart Lamb as National Sales Manager
Hoppe
(UK),
the supplier of door and window hardware, has appointed Stewart Lamb
as National Sales Manager for the Door and Window Division.
Stewart, who has a broad base of experience, says: I've worked
in and around this industry for quite a few years now and I knew Hoppe
by reputation. So when I was offered the position I was delighted.
'Now I'm 'on the inside' my perception of a reliable, high quality company
has been confirmed. I believe we stand out from many companies, with
a lot of value placed on establishing long-term relationships with customers.
'I know that announcing my arrival with short-term promotions or lavish
launch parties won't help us form the type of constructive relationships
that we want. I can only do this by going out and showing people what
Hoppe stands for. So I look forward to meeting all of our prospective
customers in the near future!
