A Plus Joinery, part of the Stillwater Group is a successful hardwood conservatory, window and door fabricator based in Harpenden, Herts.

Established for over 15 years, the company is targeting a 100% increase in turnover over the next 5 years.

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to run the business. Reporting directly to the MD of our parent company, the Stillwater Group, you will:

• Have considerable experience of management in the manufacturer sector.
• Have a total understanding of lean manufacturing techniques and continual improvement.
• Manage supply chains successfully.
• Have a proven track record of delivering KPI‚s under pressure.
• Have demonstrable customer service skills.
• Have an excellent knowledge of health and safety policy.
• Be a leader.
