Window and door hardware and ventilation specialist SIEGENIA-AUBI LTD is looking for two dynamic people to join its technical sales team and take responsibility for driving sales of high performance hardware and ventilation solutions in the north and south of the country.

This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit team at a very exciting time, as we prepare to launch several innovative new products into the fabricator and specifier markets.

The successful candidates will thrive on selling into a competitive market, and will enjoy the challenge of creating new business for new products, as well as increasing sales of existing products.

They will need to have the capacity to understand the technicalities of the products they are selling, and the ability to explain them to customers at all levels. A working knowledge of the window industry is also desirable, as is an understanding of working within a channel management structure.

The successful candidates will be disciplined, well organised and appreciate the requirements of an ISO 9001 accredited, process-driven business. Whilst a sales background is not necessary, candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering results consistently.

In return, we will provide a competitive basic salary with an annual target-led bonus, expenses allowance and fully expensed company car.
