Quantal Conservatory Roofing Systems, part of the Epwin Group, is a nationally recognised brand in the expanding conservatory industry, and manufactures bespoke designed aluminium & glass roofing.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced engineer to take responsibility for all aspects of structural advice to our customers. Although Devon-based, the position will involve some UK travel.

Responsibilities include: structural assessment and calculations for specific installations, creation of documentation and technical literature, involvement in product development of the system components.

Qualification to HND / Degree level in an appropriate discipline is expected, as is an up to date knowledge of appropriate building regs. Specific market knowledge is not essential, but experience in a construction environment would be an advantage.

Additionally, we are looking to enhance the support we give to our fabricators and have created two new roles for:

FIELD SUPPORT TECHNICIANS (x 2)
Midlands (ideally Northampton / Coventry / M1)
& North (ideally Leeds / M1 / M62)
negotiable salary + car + pension + generous holidays

You will need a proven track record with a systems company either in windows or conservatories, with the ability to manage new customers in all areas from software to factory setup. Ideally with a good understanding of conservatory roofs and a technical aptitude to provide support during the initial start up months.

You will need to be self-motivated to manage your own timetable, coupled with the ability to be responsive to customer demand. Good communication and IT skills are vital in order to be able to work closely with a range of internal and external contacts. Letters of application, with an up to date CV please to:
