The group specialises in compounding, tool fabrication, design and development, extrusion, finishing, recycling and injection moulding of PVCu window systems, profiles and gaskets. The group is active in over 75 countries, 31 subsidiaries with an enviable reputation of quality and customer service.

The Role:

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, managing a small team and working closely with the UK sales team and Group Marketing you will have the overall responsibility in the co-ordination of product performance together with technical solutions to customers, production of technical manuals, product training and support materials. Although this role has a Technical emphasis the successful candidate will also manage a portfolio of existing products with a broad remit to identify new opportunities and exit strategy for redundant products. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the Quality Management system together with co-ordinating audit procedures.

The Person:

• Ideally in commuting distance, but relocation considered for the right candidate
• Preferably of degree level or a good solid educational background
• Proven experience in a technical/product and man management role ideally within the window, or allied market.
• Self motivated and results driven, excellent presentation and well developed written skills with a technical and quality bias
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Financial and Commercial awareness
• Computer Literate
