Our Client:

Our client is part of a substantial group of companies with a rapidly expanding network of trade counter outlets selling plastic building products to the trade and general public. Well funded, ambitious and with a well conceived and eminently deliverable strategy this rapidly expanding company requires a top flight sales professional.

Role:

As ‘Director of Sales reporting to the Managing Director, you will be expected to develop sales through the existing branches in this area significantly and profitably from both existing and new customers. Area Sales staff and Branch Managers will report to you for sales performance and you will help and encourage their sales as well as monitoring and developing their sales skills.

Candidate:

• The successful candidate will need to have extensive knowledge of the industry.
• Demonstrable sales success from the window, conservatory or Builders Merchant’s sectors.
• You will need to be Passionate, Assertive, Self motivated and Enthusiastic, with ambition not only to succeed as an individual, but as a member of a team.
• Highly energetic and goal orientated ambitious and committed.
• Able to operate as a senior member of the management board as well as communicating effectively at branch level.

Remuneration:

£Negotiable basic with a performance bonus. Fully expensed car or cash allowance. Private health care for the individual with a subsidised rate for partners.
