Our Client:

Our client is a well established, ambitious and successful Group of Companies providing excellent quality and customer service by continual investment and improvement. They manufacture an impressive range of PVCu products from their manufacturing plant in South Wales, servicing various sectors of the trade. Due to strategic expansion, they now seek a dynamic sales person of a similar culture to join their sales team.

Role:

The successful candidate will be ambitious and energetic enough to prospect for and secure new business that meets the client’s target profile and pursue them with imagination, intelligence, flair and determination. There will be a key account aspect to the role by means of an initial introduction to existing customers for future business, but this person will be more of a ‘Hunter’ than a ‘Farmer’. You will be given complete autonomy to conduct your business in meeting/exceeding the given targets. You will also be involved and expected to contribute to weekly sales meetings.

Candidate:

* Skilled ‘prospectors’ who are able to seek out and deliver new business
* Ability to negotiate at all levels
* Possess resilience in a highly competitive market
* Disciplined and able to organise a busy schedule effectively
* Focused and persistent with a will to win
* Team player to deliver excellent customer service
* Ideally you will have knowledge of the window/conservatory market, however candidates from the building product sector will be welcomed...

Remuneration:

An attractive basic with a structured and achievable bonus. Company Car or Cash Allowance option
