Client:

Our client is the UK subsidiary of a major European PVCu Extrusion company, with subsidiaries in Europe, China, USA and the Far East. They are a recognised market leader, with a significant UK presence, providing quality window and door systems for commercial, trade and retail fabricators. They are successful and ambitious with a reputation for exceptional support, customer care and quality, with a friendly culture but strong business ethics and seek an individual to join this forward looking sales management team, working from home, to cover the UK and Northern Ireland.

The Role:

To manage the complete commercial sales function including installed sales of finished product working closely with fabricator partners. Work with the sales and marketing management team to define and implement the company’s business strategies and targets.

Maintain effective monitoring, forecasting, reporting and incentive processes. Drive the team’s activities to achieve the agreed targets and KPI’s and working with them to develop strong working relationships with key commercial customers.

To build relationships with existing partnerships and develop new opportunities within the commercial public sector i.e. Government Agencies, Local Authorities etc. together with developing framework agreements within the New Build sector.

Candidate:

We are seeking:-
• Experienced specification sales person preferably with contracting experience in the fenestration or adjacent sectors
• Knowledge of Government policies and framework agreements instigated as a result of larger procurement initiatives
• A candidate who possesses excellent man management skills
• Smart and with the presence to negotiate at all levels in a volatile and highly competitive market
• A solid educational background

Remuneration:

A generous negotiable basic salary with achievable results based bonuses etc.
