Our Client:

Our client is a fast growing and ambitious local trade fabricator of PVCu windows doors and conservatories. Already well established they are working towards a lean environment and intend to be a major player in the marketplace by providing customers with excellent service, and quality product.

Roles:

These are new positions, considered essential for further development and to build the Company’s manufacturing skills. Responsibilities will include managing the Production team to ensure throughput and quality are maximised, working to develop systems and processes and ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to. A key objective is excellent customer service. The two roles between them cover the whole manufacturing process and closely cooperate to achieve the goals.

Candidates:

• We are seeking assertive leaders with good man management kills
• Someone who lives within a sensible commuting distance to Maldon
• Organised, disciplined and able to work to deadlines
• An understanding of the practical application of lean tools and the skills to implement them
• Manufacturing skills essential, window industry skills an advantage
• Reliable, trustworthy and positive
• Good communicators and educators
• Strong planners with a structured approach.
