Our
Client:
Our client is the UK subsidiary of a major European PVCu Extrusion company
that operates worldwide. In the UK the brand is well respected and the
company has an enviable reputation for quality and customer service..
Role:
Working with existing customers who purchase PVCu window and door systems
to drive excellence and maintain the client's customer base and to exceed
the customer's expectations by setting high goals and standards of performance.
To support and develop existing accounts, educating, informing and adding
value to their businesses. To be the preferred first point of contact
for the customer with the company.
Candidate:
We
are seeking:-
* A candidate who wishes to work for a professional organisation with
a passion for customer service
* Energetic, positive and with the presence to negotiate at all levels.
* Resilient and assertive
* A solid educational background
* Customer orientated and preferably with a background in account management
or customer service. Window industry or adjacent experience is desirable
but not a requirement.
Remuneration:
A generous basic salary with achievable results based bonuses.
20 days paid holiday + stats
Private Health cover and Company contributed Pension after minimum qualification
period
