company. The group has operations Worldwide. VEKA plc are a recognised
market leader, with a significant UK presence, providing quality window
and door systems for commercial, trade and retail fabricators. Successful
and ambitious with a reputation for exceptional, support, customer care
and quality the company consistently places No1 in independent customer
surveys.
Role:
Our client is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead and direct the
companys sales and marketing operations. Responsible for developing
and implementing plans that enable VEKA to reach its strategic goals the
role involves full operational control of a dedicated and experienced
business development team. As a full member of the UK board the successful
candidate will be expected to be market aware and fully participate in
developing corporate strategy. Developing and maintaining relationships
with customers is also very important and working innovatively with key
customers to develop strategic partnerships to allow VEKA fabricators
to lead the sector is a key goal. The role is based in Burnley Lancashire
but involves extensive UK and occasional European travel.
Candidate:
Intelligent,
educated, energetic positive and customer focussed.
* An experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing
* Knowledge of the strategic drivers including key players
and propositions within the fenestration sector in the UK or Europe.
* A proven leader, educator and motivator
* Structured disciplined and organised, excellent planning skills
* Principled with a strong ethical approach to match VEKAs own values
* Track record of success at a senior level in a competitive multi-channel
environment with at least 5 years leadership experience.
Remuneration:
A generous negotiable basic salary with achievable results based bonuses.
