products sector. Acknowledged as innovative and ambitious for growth,
the business is ready to take the next steps in its development of both
product and service to maintain and advance its market leadership. Turning
over in excess of £60 million the company employs over 500 people
on two main sites in the UK. This is a demanding role that requires an
exceptional leader and an achiever.
The Role:
Reporting to the Group Board to lead the business forward providing
strategic and operational direction
Maximise profitability by ensuring excellent customer service
Lead the drive for new and innovative products
Develop strong relationships with key contacts and be an ambassador
for the company.
Lead the development of a highly efficient, flexible and lean customer
focussed operation with robust reporting..
The Person:
Proven track record at a senior level within a B2B
environment preferably in the building products or related sectors
An inspirational leader with experience of developing and implementing
winning strategies
An excellent communicator with vision, determination and integrity.
Passionate and principled
Skilled in the use of lean methodology to reduce waste, increase
profitability and deliver what the customer wants.
