Client:
Our client is a well established, respected and successful contractor,
manufacturing and installing quality PCVu windows, composite fire doors
and curtain walling to the public refurbishment and commercial/new build
sectors. Based in the South East and Parent Company of a successful Group,
they are keen to expand their portfolio of clients, by appointment of
an additional member to the commercial sales team.

The
Role:
Reporting
to the National Sales Manager your remit will be to develop the refurbishment
and new build markets within the above mentioned area, with contracts
that meet the company target profile
You will present the company products and structure at a senior
level, together with attendance to both site and contract meetings, complemented
by a hands on and professional in house management team
The Company and Group already enjoys a strong reputation with clients
and your objective will be to take a proven business model to a largely
untapped territory

The
Person:
A thorough understanding of the building contracting business environment
Experience of the tendering process and specification sales of
any product to the commercial and new build sectors
Self reliant, hungry, highly motivated, authoritative, inquisitive,
ambitious and practical are the key personality features of the individual
we are seeking
Accomplished interpersonal skills to ensure good relationships
with a number of key people and business partnerst
