Focussed on New Build an expanding and rapidly moving part of the business the Southern Region is in the heart of plans to profitably grow Anglian's market share. Installations include windows doors and conservatories and ABP's clients are some of the biggest and best of the UK's house builders.

The Role:

A Regional Installation Manager is required to manage and grow all aspects of the installation operation from planning to finished contract. Working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment delivering and exceeding client's expectations. Two site support managers who control on site installation teams are direct reports as are the planning and administrative functions. Building strong relationships both internally and externally the role requires problem solving skills and the ability to get things done. Covering sites in the whole of the South of England and Wales extensive travel is part of the role.

Candidate:

* Detailed knowledge of the construction process and good practice in the building industry preferably in the fenestration sector, working knowledge of contractual issues
* An assertive diplomatic and structured approach with a 'can do' attitude
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Excellent planning skills and ability to coordinate disparate resources
* Working knowledge of health and safety issues, preferably already a CSCS card holder
* Able to problem solve and think creatively to achieve results.
* A leader and an excellent communicator at all levels
* Working mainly in the South East, willing to travel and work away from home when required
