This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to play a pivotal role in the organisations further growth, including building a sales team to realise its market share potential in South East England. Managing key accounts directly and focused on excellent customer service, you will be charged with maximising profits and optimising sales to key customers, winning new business and achieving agreed turnover and volume targets. The role demands a proven track record of successful selling into glazing installers and fabricators, underpinned by a solid background in business development, in addition to leadership qualities to develop a hard-hitting sales team. A strong team player with the ability to sell, you will ideally have knowledge and contacts within the sector in the South of England. An excellent communicator and high-level negotiator, you will be able to penetrate new accounts and form effective long-term relationships at all levels.
