Hegla
- High-Performance Cutting Line for Laminated Glass with ReMaster
Hall 15, Stand F25/26
The
main item of the plant concept forms the A46 with ReMaster.
At the beginning of an optimisation run, at first the cutting plant
makes use of the ReMaster. The integrated storage administration gives
a survey of the stock level and effective access to 25 resting-places.

The
double grab with draw and push function draws the glass plate on the
cutting plant and the glass plates reach, clock-pulse controlled, into
push function to the cutting bridge. This style minimises the length
of the base cutting plant.

After
transportation on the cutting plant the fully automatic decoating is
carried out. With the TWIN-decoating patented by Hegla the zero-edge
cut isn´t required.
The cutting is also carried out fully automatically in the next step.
At first the X-cut is undertaken on the A46. After this the plate is
transported on a buffer table. Simultaneously, the A46 is provided with
a new glass plate from the compact store and starts with the fully automatic
cutting once more.
While the cutting table is cutting a new glass, plates are stored intermediately
for the following Y-cut.
After emptying the intermediate-buffer the plate is turned in Y direction
and promoted to the cutting bridge of the A37 for the Y- and Z-cuts.
The turn table and the cutting table are uncoupled so that both processes
can be executed simultaneously.
After the automatic positioning of the plates by means of X- and Y-stops
cutting and separation is carried out in the automatic system mode.
An operator can in addition work at the A46. The A46 also has an (automatic)
turn function for the X-cuts. The positioning of X and Z-cuts is also
carried out automatically via the integrated Z-stops.
Rest panels become stored automatically in the preconnected ReMaster.
At the same time the tipping table can automatically or manually be
provided with raw glass panels.
The rest panels are planned for the next optimisation run and included
in the cutting process automatically. Smaller, not utilisable rest stripes
are thrown into a cullet container.
Hegla offers different layouts for the high-performance cutting:
Line concept 1: High performance cutting line for narrow production
halls
Line concept 2: High performance cutting line with a Y-exit
Line concept 3: High performance cutting line with an additional
construction stage
