Stefiglass, whose machines are designed and built by a team skilled
in technology, mechanics and electronics, is continuously expanding
its product range. Besides vertical washers, the company offers all
machines for production of double and triple glass.
Only the best electronic parts are used to guarantee reliability and
the easy replacement of parts. Specially-designed brushes, pads and
rollers to prevent damage to the glass are also characteristic of Stefiglass's
machinery, which complies with the European Union's regulations. Accompanying
manuals are also carefully prepared for easy understanding and safe
operation of the machines.
Sturdily constructed of steel, the vertical line for IG units has nine
sections, including a washer-dryer section, an assembly section, press
area and the final section, which has an automatic tilting table. PLC
controls on the line give the operator information on the production
cycle through electronic panels at the rear of the assembly and press
sections. The line is available in different models, including 1,600-mm,
2,000-mm, 2,300-mm and 2,500-mm high versions.
The production range will soon be expanded by the introduction of new
machines such as quality economical washing machines for large-scale
operations.
Hot melt machines from The Thermoseal Group will also be exhibited on
the stand and representatives from Thermoseal will be available for
the duration of the show.
