Interpane
Hall 10, Stand H35
The focal point of the Interpane presentation will be the new iplus
S range. A highly selective 'Low-E' coating optimises the light and
radiation-related properties of the whole product family.
'This coating permits an enhanced solar energy yield and a significantly
higher light transmittance of up to 81 percent, coupled with excellent
thermal insulation and outstanding colour neutrality'. says the company.
The iplus S coating has given rise to a new, transparent generation
of heat-insulated glass including e.g. soundproof glass and multi-function
glass.
With its 'Gaschromic systems, Interpane will be presenting its
latest research project in the field of adaptive glazing. This product,
nicknamed 'sunglasses' for glass façades, optimises solar energy
yields in winter at the press of a button, whilst in summer, the air-conditioning
costs diminish as a result of the reduced overall energy transmittance.
A particularly interesting exhibit for architects: For demanding glass
façades, Interpane will be presenting its new 'ipasafe construction
glass' a type of glass designed specially for the high precision
required by state-of-the-art building architecture. A further highlight
is the 'double peak for object construction', ipasol neutra' 68/34 and
ipasol natura 67/34, in addition to the broad range of ipasafe safety
glass.
