The
Speedline gas filling machine (pictured right) is manufactured in Germany
by specialist gas machinery company DGT and distributed in the UK by
the Thermoseal Group, the UK’s fastest growing supplier and manufacturer
of machinery and consumables to the double glazing industry.
The Speedline is aimed at the high volume producer who is probably using
a sealed unit production line, this highly engineered machine can be
supplied with one or two outputs and unlike comparable machines it requires
no ‘button pushing’ to operate at full speed. It is thought
to be the fastest fully automatic gas filler on the market today, and
automatically works at the highest speed possible which can be up to
300 litres per minute.

the Sprintline, the Rapidline, the Powerline and the Sensoline.
