Stuga
Rolls Out The Flowline 3
Stand B015
Stuga will be showing the Flowline-3 cutting and prepping centre with
live demonstrations throughout each day of the show. Representatives
of the company will be keen to explain the benefits of this unique centre
that is designed to carry out all preps possible on British window and
door systems. No matter how many preps are required, or how many profile
systems, the Flowline can handle them with simple programming and no
tooling. Stuga will also be explaining why they can guarantee on time
deliveries and more importantly fast and accurate commissioning times.
The Flowline is also now available in the opposite hand to the recognised
version so that it can be fed from the left or right.
For
fabricators that want to prep after sawing on a conventional saw or
saw centre Stuga will be demonstrating the Ecoline Prepping Centre.
This machine is suitable for all sizes of fabricators as more can be
added as required like corner cleaners or welding machines. It is also
possible to purchase the Ecoline in a mirror handed version and the
same operator can then run two machines. The barcode technology makes
the Ecoline almost idiot proof as the operator does not have to make
any decisions other than which way up to put the part to be prepped.
The Ecoline also makes a fast and sophisticated door-prepping machine
for medium to large fabricators who want to have the benefit of drainage,
V notches and/or mechanical joint fixing holes.
The Stuga Autocut automatic Sawing Centre will be demonstrating why
double mitre saws are a waste of time and money for any size of fabricator
when this fast, efficient and accurate automat turns out considerable
volumes of windows and doors with little skill. Inaccurate arrowheads
and varying lengths are a thing of the past with the Autocut. Even smaller
fabricators enjoy success by running the machine for a limited number
of hours per day, freeing the operator up to do other work once the
days sawing is complete. The Autocut is so fast that it can take care
of surges caused by an influx of orders or the many other reasons for
needing to increase output in todays fabrication environment.
Stuga will also be discussing the new Roofline machine for automatically
cutting and prepping aluminium conservatory roof components now that
it has been successfully commissioned at PBM in Swansea plus other exciting
new developments for cutting and prepping later in 2004.
