Masco Corporation Acquires Companies with Combined Sales of $200m
Masco Corporation announced last week the acquisition of five home improvement products companies with combined annualised 2002 sales of approximately $200 million.The acquisitions are expected to be modestly accretive to Masco's earnings in 2002.

Epwin sells up in North America to focus on UK
Epwin, the PVC building products group, has announced the sale of its Canadian subsidiary, Berlinex, to Veka Holdings Inc of Fombell, Pennsylvania. The move reflects Epwin's decision to focus on its UK markets where last year it achieved record increases in turnover and profits.
