This week we hear from Paul Jervis at the BPF who has pointed out a possible stumbling block for those wishing to tender for London Olympics contracts. It would appear that the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games have published the first edition of the Sustainable Sourcing Code, which included PVC among their Restricted Substances and Materials list. This is in direct contrast to the Olympic Delivery Authority who previously stated that PVC would not be banned. You can read more here.
