Silly
Season now in December!
One thing we found out this week is that police are now armed with detector kits ready to test the blacked out windows of your limo, to test whether they exceed the limits of glass tinting allowable in motor vehicles. Man Utd star Cristiano Ronaldo was given a spot fine of £30 when pulled over and found to have a tint problem in the windows of his Bentley convertible. In case you are wondering, the fine represented a whopping 0.02% of the value of his £140,000 car. Another thing we learned this week was that total emissions of all the delegates travelling to Bali for the Climate Summit (hey, why have a climate summit anywhere other than a tropical paradise thouands of miles from anywhere?) was the equivalent of the annual emissions of 20,000 cars. It wouldn't have been so bad if they'd enjoyed their jolly, but from what I saw, many of them fled in tears! This
is our last Gl@zine of the year, as we are now taking
our Christmas break, returning to your screens on January
8th. May we take this opportuity of wishing all our
readers a very happy Christmas and a prosperous and
contented New Year. 2008 may be a bumpy ride for some,
but we will do our best to keep you informed of what
is happening to help you in your business.
