Global Ups and Downs
Deceuninck's third quarter financial report, which we publish this week, shows a fascinating insight into the local influences which can create havoc with the balance sheet of a global market leader.

Veka Advert
Enjoying growth of up to 20% year on year in countries such as Turkey, Russia and Ukraine, but taking into account disappointing performances from the UK, Poland and the USA, Deceuninck reports an overall increase in sales of 4.5% in the first nine months of this year. Fluctuating resin prices and currency movements have also added to the Deceuninck's accountants' job!

Synseal New Tool

Published in The Gl@zine for the first time this week, and likely to become a regular feature, is MRA's report, sponsored by the BWF, on the Timber Window Market. And it makes interesting reading!

Our glasstec 06 preview continues, with a selection of well known names out of the 1200 plus exhibitors, and most of the 70 or so UK and Irish companies who you will find at the Düsseldorf glass show in October, which can be accessed from the Exhibitor List
