Deceuninck's third
quarter financial report, which we publish this week, shows a fascinating
insight into the local influences which can create havoc with the balance
sheet of a global market leader.
Enjoying growth of up to 20% year on year in countries such as Turkey, Russia and Ukraine, but taking into account disappointing performances from the UK, Poland and the USA, Deceuninck reports an overall increase in sales of 4.5% in the first nine months of this year. Fluctuating resin prices and currency movements have also added to the Deceuninck's accountants' job!

months

Sixty-four
percent

those
reporting
a
rise
saw
growth
of
10%
or
more.
Mid-sized
firms
(net
60%)

best
but

(40%)
