Glassex
Back with a Bang
After a series of consultations with the industry, a number of changes have been implemented, which we cover in more detail below. One of the more significant changes, is that Glassex and GP&T will be sharing dates again in 2008, with both shows moving to early April. The next Interbuild is scheduled for the end of October 2007. Interestingly, we have a letter from Dave Jennings of UAP, with some reservations about Glassex which may well be answered by some of the new initiatives. Other letters this week include one from Roger Benton of Hoppe about the need for companies to pass on the rise in raw material costs to their customers, and a copy of a letter from Andy Jones of Edgetech in his continuing wrangles with government departments, this week it's the VAT Office! Our glasstec 06 preview is growing, with a selection of well known names out of the 1200 plus exhibitors, and most of the 70 or so UK and Irish companies who you will find at the Düsseldorf glass show in October, which can be accessed from the Exhibitor List |

call the printer to arrange more copies just 10 days after it
was delivered. UAP,
the door furniture to decorative glass products supplier has made
available to customers images of all its products on one handy
boxed CD. A new technical guide to timber windows from JELD-WEN
