Hot Issues Get Hotter

Hot on the heels of 'The Armstrongs', the BBC TV exposé of a Coventry conservatory company with some unusual ideas about how to motivate its staff, tonight we have an edition of ITV's 'House of Horrors' dedicated to a conservatory disaster. This is how ITV describes tonight's programme:

'The House of Horrors building team come to the rescue of a family whose dream conservatory turned out to be a disaster - and wasn't even attached properly to their house
.'

To get a flavour of what to expect, read Nick Dutton's letter below, under 'We Have Email...', and in News we have a report from the installer, West Yorkshire Windows, who feature on the programme.

The programme looks set to flag up two major issues which are crucial for the continued success of the conservatory industry, and public confidence in it:

1. Even the best components are useless if fitted incorrectly;

2. Why do people still use dodgy builders instead of specialist conservatory companies?
