This week, we report on the GGF's latest lobbying efforts, this time directed at a clear case of abusive practice by BT in connection with the Telephone Preference Scheme (TPS). Being founder members of the TPS, the GGF has obviously been keeping an eagle eye open for abuses of the system and appears to have got BT bang to rights. OFCOM has a fortnight to answer the GGF's charges; we await their comments with interest, and look forward to the GGF being able to give itself a pat on the back. |
