The six year legal battle between Ultraframe and The Burnden Group may be finally over, with a massive settlement - starting with a £2m interim payment - being levied against Ultraframe and any hopes of an appeal looking unlikely after being refused by the High Court (which leaves the Court of Appeal Ultraframe's last chance). With accumulated costs from both parties already amounting to a reported £12m, Ultraframe, however, is pinning its hopes not just on the Appeal Court but upon the satisfactory outcome of yet more lawsuits which should be due soon.
