Is Quality a Mark of Trust?
It is good news that the GGF has been awarded Licensed Operator status for the DTI's Trustmark scheme, since the GGF may well be able to make something happen to what is effectively a resurrection of the ill-fated Quality Mark and which has been fairly dormant since its official launch in June. The 'new' scheme was supposed to 'go live' in the autumn when 'consumers will be able to use TrustMark to help them source a reputable firm for a wide range of work'. It's late already then.

Plus ca change.....
