Homeline, has introduced further benefits for customers with the launch of an easy-to-use ‘online guarantee system’. A five-step process now enables home-owners to download personalised guarantees on all roofline installations which simplifies paperwork for installers and end-users alike.
Homeline customers will be provided with postcards and unique references numbers for each project, which will be passed onto the home-owner once the installation is complete. The home-owner will then simply enter the unique reference number and relevant postcode via www.homeline.uk.com to download their personalised guarantee.
The promotion features strongly throughout the recently published new homeowner literature. Additionally through the new guarantee scheme, home-owners will be provided a £50 discount voucher for Rockdoor designed to increase potential sales for Homeline installers.
In addition to the online guarantee system and the launch of 16 new colours, further positive initiatives will be introduced throughout the year to assist customers in driving further forward in today’s fiercely competitive market.
