The company claims its current conversion rate is almost 100%, with existing customers also maintaining steady prosperity. Colin Bennett, Aztec Sales Director, elaborates, ‘Everyone who approaches us with a view to fabricating conservatory roofs wants to sign up! We are having to be selective, to only work with those with whom we believe we can develop a genuine, long term partnership.

Our customers deliver what we deliver to them: a quality product, delivered on time and with exceptional support. As a result, they are finding their margins are increasing: they are not always the cheapest but they can deliver in every sense, even on the more complex projects. To the fitter and retailer, that reliability is more important than saving £50 on a roof, only to find it doesn’t arrive or doesn’t fit properly and they are left with little or no support.’
