Karen's Back at Network VEKA...but Misses Another AGM

Former Network VEKA admin officer Karen Lund has rejoined the organisation to work with existing and prospective members throughout England and Wales.

As Membership Development Executive, Karen will share the role with Managing Director John Ogilvie who also covers Membership Development in Scotland and Ireland. She succeeds Amy Steven, who moved across to VEKA's sales team earlier this year.

Karen is experienced in insurance and working in a trade association environment through her past work with the motor repairers' group, the MVRA.

‘There are some great companies in Network VEKA,’ said Karen, ‘But many of them could make more of the resources on offer. There are also many unaffiliated companies that are very keen to hear what we can do for them.’

Karen played a part in organising last year's AGM and conference weekend but seems destined never to get to one herself. She left shortly before the '07 event but now she's back, she already has her summer holiday booked - including this year's dates.
