Deceuninck Appoints new Technical Manager

Deceuninck Ltd, the worldwide manufacturer of PVC window systems and profiles, has further strengthened its UK technical team with the appointment of Mark Barsby to the position of Technical Manager.

Mark assumes responsibility of all internal technical operations for the business as well as supporting the Deceuninck field service technician team. A key part to Mark's role will also be maintaining and continuous improvement of the company's quality managements systems, accredited to ISO 9001:2000.

39 year old Mark will be a familiar figure to many in the industry having previously worked for Plus Plan and more recently Aluplast. Mark has a wealth of industry knowledge gained from 22 years experience of the fenestration industry.

Commenting on his appointment, Mark said: ‘I am delighted that I have joined such a professional and forward thinking organisation. The Deceuninck diverse and comprehensive product range was one of the major factors in attracting me to the company and I am convinced that our offering is one that will stand us in good stead in such an evolving and mature market place. I very much look forward to working with Deceuninck and our customers over the coming months.’

Currently living in Leicestershire, Mark and his family are relocating to Wiltshire to be nearer the company's UK head office in Calne.
