WINMAC - ROTOX ZBZ 488 for Vision Windows

Trade PVC-u windows manufacturer, Vision Windows, continues to expand its already successful production facility.

With 16 years trading and 10 years in manufacturing, the Sheffield based Kommerling fabricator says that it continues from strength to strength by spending in excess of £450k with WINMAC UK over the past six years, on the latest Welding and CNC Cleaning machinery.

The most recent purchase includes the new ROTOX ZBZ 488 Cutting and Machining Centre that is soon due for delivery and the ROTOX SEK503 ‘X’ welder which is already installed.

MD of Vision Windows, Allan Ensor said: ‘It is imperative that in today's market we continue to produce quality windows as well as controlling our growth with new customers that we continue to attract. The machines we have already purchased and installed from WINMAC have proved to give us the best opportunity to support that aim.’

The single largest purchase made by Allan is that of the ZBZ 488, and this was done on the basis of eliminating errors on ‘V’ notching, drainage and other routing preparations, also the obvious reduction in labour costs was a major factor.

The purchase of this latest ZBZ 488 was taken after looking at the competition and then making visits to ROTOX factory and exhibitions in Germany where the quality and attention to detail in the build of the machinery was apparent.

Allan said: ‘After then visiting a fabricator in the UK with a ZBZ 488 we were so impressed with the quality of product and the level of support given to the installation that it cemented my decision to purchase one.’
