New e-Order Confirmation System at Thermoseal Group

Thermoseal Group has introduced a new e-order confirmation system as part of its commitment to continual improvement of its customer service offering.

This new e-system automatically generates an e-mail, or in the absence of an e-mail address, a fax to customers who place an order with one of Thermoseal’s UK-wide sales team. This e-mail contains all of the order details including: products, quantity and prices; as well as delivery information and the individual contact details of the person who took the order.

Gwain Paterson, Managing Director at Thermoseal Group, says: 'Our new system is in its early stages, but I’m proud to say that we have had some great feedback about it so far.

'The e-confirmation allows customers to identify order errors early on and then contact the person that they have placed the order with to make any changes.
