JG Kelly Sticks with BCE

I have been reading with interest the discussions you have published following Tony Crutcher's initial letter to you entitled 'Everwhite goes bust: Who's next?' And having been in this business since 1989, I have to say I agree with Tony Crutcher. The market is becoming increasingly competitive and tough and speaking as a long standing distributor operating in that market, I want a supplier that I can trust, who is stable and who can offer me future proofed products. Companies that can offer products that contain 100% calcium organic stabilisers in the skin and core are a safe bet for distributors and installers in such uncertain times. And if they have their own blending facility, to ensure they can keep a handle on their costs, it gives us more confidence for the long term.

JG Kelly Group is a trustworthy distributor based in Ireland and I'm sure just like every other distributor in the UK and Ireland, we don't want to be worrying about our suppliers and whether or not they will still exist in a few months time. We want to concentrate on making sure we are delivering what our customers want so we expect our suppliers to support us in that aim with product development, business support and guarantees. We need a supplier that ticks all the boxes, not just some of them, which is exactly what we have with BCE's 100% calcium organic stabilisers in the skin and core blended in house.

I am the first to admit that BCE had its problems in the past, but the company stood by us and always replaced in full any faulty product. We now enjoy a great partnership. As a distributor we need to be cautious who we promote and associate ourselves with. Today the BCE brand is second to none and we continue to promote the brand throughout Ireland.
