PVC-u remains a competitive industry and a fabricator in Northallerton recently demonstrated that profile extruders should never take customers for granted. Chatsworth Windows, a Eurocell conservatory roof customer, was approached several months ago by an alternative supplier.

For a number of years, the company had sourced the Pinnacle roof profiles from Eurocell in Derbyshire. However, the opportunity of a more local supplier, and the chance to benchmark its current offer, prompted Chatsworth Windows to re-evaluate its whole supply route on conservatory roofs.
