Asset's A Ratings Offer Newbuild and Refurb Window Solutions

Sheerframe window fabricator Asset Manufacturing has secured an A rating for its PVC windows using two profile systems from L.B. Plastics which are custom-designed to suit both newbuild and refurbishment projects.

Asset Manufacturing, a Norfolk based window and door fabricator and installer which works extensively in the social housing sector across England - often in long term partnering arrangements, now offers A rated casement windows created using the calcium organic stabilised Sheerframe 6000 and 7000 systems.

The company's 7000 system windows are widely used in refurbishment projects with its 6000 system windows generally chosen for newbuild applications. Both A rated windows incorporate Thermlock, the thermally enhanced metal reinforcement, to provide fully reinforced, highly thermally efficient solutions which perfectly balance strength, security and sustainability.

Mike Gaskell, Asset Manufacturing's commercial sales director says, ‘Securing A ratings for our two window systems ensures we have the ultimate solution for those customers aiming for the highest levels of sustainability, be it newbuild or a replacement project.

‘In conjunction with L.B. Plastics, our technical team has developed windows which make a really positive contribution to the sustainability of homes, schools, hospitals and other types of building. In addition to excellent energy performance in-use, all our window designs offer a long, low maintenance service life and they are fully recyclable when they are eventually removed.’
