GAP Blackburn Promotes Chris Berry to Depot Manager

As part of GAP's ethos to promote from within, the home improvement stockist has promoted Chris Berry to Depot Manager at Blackburn.

Chris started working for GAP in 2003 as an Area Sales Manager for the North West. He took up his position at GAP's flagship depot at the start of October.

Chris believes GAP's excellent support mechanism and active encouragement has helped him with the transition from external sales to management. He comments:

It is an exciting time to be working for a growing, ambitious and dynamic company which recognises the hard work of its staff and I look forward to being a part of the company as it goes into the future.’

GAP believes in training and developing staff so they reach their full potential. The company holds regular training sessions for staff at its head office in Blackburn as well as at its depots.

GAP recently opened its dedicated Training Centre to give staff the chance to extend their knowledge and skills base.

The Training Centre also offers customers the chance to learn how to profit from installing the products GAP stocks.
