eBuilders Leads the Way

Although Nuglas of Newhaven, Sussex, had its own website, promoting and detailing its extensive product range of doors, windows and conservatories, traffic to the site was not as prolific as the company wanted, but linking up with eBuilders has created a volume of leads that Sales Director, Kevin Holland is delighted with.

‘We have been using eBuilders since 2000, and in that time, we have received consistent and quality leads which we have been able to convert into sales,’ he says.
‘When Barry Dunlop, Managing Director of eBuilders, helped to set up the site as a forum for home repair and improvement companies with a view to challenging the harsh trading conditions within the industry, I could see the potential of the concept and it has certainly proved its worth!’

Nuglas currently buys the leads from eBuilders and for maximum efficiency, uses a call centre to contact the enquirers to turn them into appointments for the company's sales representative to visit. ‘On average, we receive about ten leads a week - everything is done via computer which means that turnaround is very swift, facilitating the process for both ourselves and the customer,’ continues Kevin. ‘In addition, we back up our presence on http://www.conservatoriesonline.com (part of the eBuilders portfolio), with other media marketing, namely local radio. Thus eBuilders acts as a lead generator and, in my opinion, the company is the most prolific lead provider available, with leads far better than any other comparable source.’

Since 1998, eBuilders has established a series of consumer home improvement websites, with the aim of targeting the increasing number of homeowners who now use the Internet for their major buying decisions. eBuilders works by automatically passing on online enquires from any of the eBuilders websites within 30 minutes to maximise sales lead potential.
