ZX3 Cutting & Prepping Centre Adopted by Two Fast Growing Fabricators
With the growing success of fairly new uPVC window and
door fabricators has come a serious interest in investing in new production
technology and two have recently turned to the Stuga ZX3 cutting &
prepping centre to automate the front end of their production lines.
J.K.
Windows near London and Midland Window Group in Coventry have both purchased
the Stuga ZX3-A slimline version cutting & prepping centre. The ZX3
was developed by Stuga two years ago and is designed to produce in the
region of six to seven hundred top hung over fixed next to side hung internally
glazed windows in a standard week. The slimline version was introduced
six months later to ease space problems.
J.K. Windows has gone from strength to strength since the installation
of the ZX3 in December and Midland Window Group has been running its machine
for two months with excellent results. Midland Window Group appears to
be one of the fastest growing fabricators in the UK at present and is
defying the current market negativity by still expanding both its uPVC
and aluminium window and curtain walling businesses.
The ZX3 can be seen in action at Midland Window Group on Thursday 25th
September when there will be an open day for anyone who wants to take
a look at both the ZX3 and the Midland Window Group's facilities. All
visitors will enjoy a warm welcome from both Stuga staff and Manjinder
Sanghera who has worked extremely hard to produce the success story of
this company in a relatively short period of time.

Midland
Window Group is based at Cyan Park, Phoenix Way, Coventry CV2 4QP. The
Park can only be accessed from directly off the A444 and a satnav will
not get visitors to it due to recent local road changes. Going south on
A444 turn left at traffic lights by 'Safestore'. The open day will be
from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm on Thursday 25th September.
