in New Machinery has Revolutionised Pyramid Windows' Quality
Pyramid Windows in Norwich recently invested
in an SBA Cutting and Machining Centre from Haffner
GB Ltd. The company was hoping that the machine would benefit
the business but wasn't prepared for just how much it would change its
fabrication capabilities.
Everyone
at the company expected quality to improve once the Centre was installed,
and that indeed proved to be the case. What they weren't expecting was
their customers would also notice - amazingly, several customers have
commented on the improvement on the company's already high standards!
But apart from the improvement in quality, has the machine brought any
other noticeable benefits? ‘Very much so,’ says Ian Cowling,
Pyramid's Director. ‘The accuracy and speed of our production has
improved dramatically. Dave Thomas at Haffner made some incredible claims
for his machine, but we honestly didn't expect it to revolutionise our
production as much as it has.’ Ian goes on to add, ‘Everything
Dave claimed the machine would do, it does do. It's not often that you
can say that. My only regret is that we didn't invest in one years ago.’
Haffner's SBA Cutting and Machining Centre is a well-established piece
of machinery that continues to help fabricators who are looking to improve
