TWS - Quality Assured

Consumer Protection Association member, TWS (Leeds) Ltd, says that it has recently received BSI Accreditation for BS 8213-4:2007 - a code of practice for the survey and installation of windows, external doorsets and rooflights.

Attaining high standards of customer care and flawless installations has always formed a strong basis for the company's business agenda, and by fully protecting its customers every step of the way, by giving them cover as part of the contract, TWS can concentrate on what it does best, installing the highest quality conservatories, doors and windows for its extensive customer base. This is where TWS believes that being a member of the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) is of vital importance to the company's quality ethic and continuing success.

TWS employs its own team of professional surveyors and trades people to ensure the tightest control of all building and installation work, but for optimum protection, the company relies on CPA cover, in the form of deposit indemnities and insurance backed guarantee schemes, for all of its comprehensive product range and work undertaken.

'We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the very best quality products and services so that they are assured of a level of service unmatched by many others in the industry. Having the CPA's backing is crucial for us, especially in this competitive market,' comments Tony Grindley, Managing Director of TWS.

'Knowing that we, and more importantly, our customers are protected from the word go, on every job, by being covered for every eventuality should anything go wrong, means that we can offer the best service...and this has paid off! Getting an independent accreditation from the BSI gives our products and company a real competitive advantage and is proof that we really know our trade inside and out...and more importantly, that we are satisfying customers consistently. Protecting the consumers by way of business allows us to confidently step in to our customers premises and deliver the best service possible.'

In the last nine years, TWS says that it has established itself as the leading window, door and conservatory installer in the area. ‘And now, with the survey and installation BSI Kitemark under its belt and its continuing relationship with the CPA - to offer homeowners complete protection at every stage - TWS is certainly going to be a hard act to follow.’
