Carl Slater was promoted from team leader to technical controller due to his NVQ completion and increased involvement with day-to-day technical issues.

Steve New, Director of Indigo, explains: ‘Carl has shown great appetite and competence on the technical side and when working directly with our customers, so his new role suits him down to a 'T'. Indigo supports and trains our employees so we can provide a premier service for customers to match the premier product range. The team leaders and operatives pulled out all the stops to achieve these grades and continue to work hard in a company that's changing with the market.’
