Bill Dawson and Ian Brown were appointed Joint Administrators of Shepley Window Systems (Holdings) Limited and Shepley Window Systems Company Limited on Monday 28 January 2008.

Bill Dawson, Richard Hawes and Ian Brown were appointed Joint Administrators of Interframe Limited on Monday 28 January 2008.

The Group fabricates PVCu frames for windows, doors and conservatories with manufacturing and head office locations in Dukinfield, Manchester and Paignton, Devon and has an annual turnover of £30 million. The business has approximately 380 employees, 230 in Manchester and 150 in Devon.

Administrator Bill Dawson commented:
'The Group has experienced poor market conditions and has suffered trading losses as a result of lower than expected sales in Q4 of 2007. This has resulted in significant cash pressure from which the Group has been unable to recover.'

The Administrators intend to continue to trade the Group whilst looking for a buyer, subject to support from key stakeholders
