Makita's New Jigsaw for Light Professional Use

Makita has launched a new orbital jigsaw suited to light duty activities such as the installation of new work surfaces, boxing around baths or for fixing panelling to alter décor appearances. This lightweight but powerful jigsaw will also appeal to serious DIY exponents.

The new Makita 4329 orbital jigsaw has three orbit settings to suit alternative material, an 18mm long stroke and delivers between 500 and 3,100 strokes per minute. Blade change is simple with a single hex screw fastening with the hex wrench stored in the machine handle. A 450watt motor powers the Makita 4329 and the variable speed control is comfortably placed below the vibration limiting soft-grip control handle.

A clear acrylic dust cover shields the blade drive allowing the operator a clear view of the cut line. A dust extraction connection is built into the machine body.

Weighing just 1.9kgs this is the perfect jigsaw for all light tasks on site or around the house or personal workshop. To be found from around £50 including vat, this is an excellent investment in Makita quality and performance. A wide variety of alternative blades are available from the Makita accessory range.
