New Security Guarantee from Kenrick

Kenrick, one of the UK's leading window and door hardware manufacturers, has enhanced the guarantee scheme it offers for its range of high security window and door locking systems.

The guarantee offers the homeowner free security cover, up to £500 towards the cost of replacing a damaged window or door and up to £600 towards the cost of replacing stolen property for a period of five years from the date of installation.

It covers Kenrick's Excalibur, Centurion and Easi Fit security window locks when used in conjunction with Kenrick's security friction hinges or Kenrick's standard friction hinges, supported by Kenrick anti-jemmy hinge supports. It also covers the new Excalibur high security door lock, Excalibur RASP security euro cylinder system and Kenrick high security door hinges, to offer complete peace of mind to the homeowner.

Kenrick has also introduced an approved fabricator registration scheme and an approved installer scheme, which authorises them to promote and offer the Kenrick security guarantee to provide added reassurance to the homeowner.

Excalibur is Secured by Design approved and one of five proven BBA certified window locking systems that Kenrick manufactures. Durable and reliable, it's a multi-point locking system that benefits from a robust unhanded die-cast gearbox and bi-directional die-cast claws.

Centurion is a reliable, adaptable and easy to install locking system. It benefits from steel shootbolts, a robust unhanded die-cast gearbox and adjustable mushroom cams with night vent facility. Available in backsets of 20mm and 22mm, the system Centurion is BBA certified, exceeds the security requirements of BS7950 and the corrosion requirements of BS7412.

The new Excalibur Door Locking system is designed to meet the requirements of both PAS023/024 and Secured By Design. When used in conjunction with Kenrick's high security Excalibur RASP security Euro cylinder system and Kenrick high security door hinges, it provides high levels of resistance to attack.
