A
New Green Energy Solution from REHAU
The Sales Manager for REHAU's
range of renewable products is giving new meaning to the term green energy.
Mike Moseley, who is based at REHAU's London Office in the Building Centre,
has invested in his own folding bicycle so that he can reduce his carbon
footprint as he travels around the capital.
Previously, Mike relied on public transport and taxis to get around the
city but says the folding bicycle is much more in line with his and REHAU's
commitment to renewable energy solutions.

The
architects and specifiers whom Mike visits for presentations and CPD seminars
have so far been very positive about his green initiative which is also
saving money and keeping Mike fit. Brian Jones from consultants Mouchel
Parkman was typical in his response. He said: Mike impressed us
all when he arrived for a meeting on his bike - it underlines his personal
commitment to a more sustainable lifestyle and reaffirms just how much
he believes in the green building solutions he is promoting.
Mike says: The bike goes everywhere with me now and means I can
get to meetings quickly; but perhaps more importantly it is proving to
be something of a talking point with clients around the whole issue of
sustainable energy and the positive impact it is having on our industry.
From its London office, REHAU promotes a range of renewable energy solutions
which includes ground source and district heating systems, ground to air
heat exchangers, thermally efficient PVC-U windows, doors and curtain
walling and rainwater management systems. Further details are available
