Deceuninck
Launches New 'House' Magazine
Deceuninck has just released the first edition
of the companys new house magazine: Windowshopper. The high quality,
stylishly designed 24-page glossy will be published twice yearly in Spring
and Autumn.
The
magazine has a real lifestyle feel and is designed to appeal to all market
sectors from installers and fabricators to consumers. For installers and
fabricators, there will be topical articles on areas of interest for the
industry, plus features on Deceuninck products and services. For consumers,
there will be helpful advice on difficult areas such as planning permission
plus features including comparisons between PVC-U and timber. The feature-packed
first edition spotlights the new Deceuninck bi-folding door, looks at
window energy ratings and considers PVC-U and the environment.
The hope is that not only will fabricators and installers find Windowshopper
an interesting read, but that they will also find it a useful marketing
tool. After all, a magazine focusing on high quality products and providing
valuable information is a useful thing to be able to give to customers
or leave in showrooms to reinforce brand image. Special dispensers are
also available to hold and display the magazine in showrooms and on trade
counters.
Windowshopper has been designed and produced by members of the Deceuninck
team, and has a high quality look and authoritative feel. So what made
Deceuninck decide to launch Windowshopper?
Karma Abourachid, Deceuninck Marketing Assistant, explained: We
speak to Deceuninck customers all the time and often find they're not
totally aware of the full range of products we as a business can offer.
When we mention our decking or cladding, for example, they're always amazed
that our range has so much diversity. We were looking for a way to let
our customers know about our range as well as give them valuable industry
insights. A magazine seemed like the best way to do this.
So is Karma pleased with the inaugural edition? Very much so: We
have put a lot of hard work into the magazine and it's great to see how
well it's paid off. I'm delighted by the look of the magazine and the
depth of its coverage. Early feedback from our customers suggests that
they're finding it an interesting read too, simply because there's nothing
else out there like it. I'm really looking forward to putting together
the second edition!
