Having read your latest edition of The Gl@zine 20.05.08, I was delighted to see Gary Dutton 'Slaying the Dragon'. It's Gary's no nonsense, positive approach to business that has made his company a market leader. His foresight and business acumen is an example to us all. The rest of the industry needs to get on board, British Manufacturing remains resilient and will continue to prosper when we all take a positive approach, good times and bad!

What many forget is that successful manufacturers, like Gary, invest in all areas of their business in order to maintain and enhance their market position. Crystal Direct markets itself continuously to win new customers, actively supports its existing customers and remains committed to further investment in production machinery.
